If you suspect a security issue or want to ask about Billberry's security in general, please email hello@billberry.ee. For security/vulnerability tests Billberry also has a test-environment where you can play around more freely. Just ask.

Data Retention

Billberry retains your and your company's e-invoices during your use of Billberry for at least 7 years from the time of entry, sending, or receipt of the e-invoice. When your company stops using Billberry (closes their account) or a contract between us ends, the company's e-invoices will be deleted within 120 days, unless otherwise agreed. If you'd like a different data archiving period, let us know! You can close your Billberry account by notifying us via email.

Backups are made once a day and retained for at least 30 days.

Data Subprocessors

Billberry uses the following sub-processors for your e-invoicing. If you're wondering why the list is so short, it's to not share your data with 3rd parties. For example, Billberry does not use external email providers nor website visit tracking apps. That means there also aren't any Google tracking or Facebook browser-cookies on Billberry's site.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Billberry guarantees at least 99.9% availability, but in practice, availability has been at least 99.95–99.99% over the past three years. So far the short-term outages have mostly been due to planned maintenance work.
